• The public label lists 25, 50 and 100 mg tablets. Each number first identifies that tablet's stated strength; different mg markings, markets or packages cannot be self-combined into an answer for how many tablets to take today. Use the actual prescription and current label.
• The public label shows a score on the 50 mg tablet. A score is an appearance and label clue for that exact product, not permission to split another strength or product or to self-adjust a dose. A pharmacist or prescribing team must confirm whether and how an actual pack may be divided.
• The label identifies raised-potassium risk, lithium, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines and dual renin-angiotensin-system blockade as items needing review. Pain medicines, supplements, other blood-pressure medicines and the complete list should be given to a pharmacist or clinician; a webpage cannot give an individual “can these be taken together” conclusion.
