• Check LOVENOX, enoxaparin sodium, the exact mg/mL, mg per syringe (or vial), container type, NDC, target market and label version together. Milligrams, millilitres and mg/mL on a package identify the product; they are not a web answer for an individual's injection amount.
• Single-dose prefilled syringes and a multiple-dose vial are different containers. Even with the same generic name, similar numbers or the same ‘enoxaparin’ wording, do not self-withdraw, transfer, divide, make up, share, adjust by markings or replace one container with another.
• Enoxaparin, unfractionated heparin, warfarin, apixaban, rivaroxaban, aspirin, clopidogrel, ibuprofen/naproxen and some supplements can make a complete medicine-list review important.
