- 2, 4, 8, 16 and 32 mg are labelled amounts of methylprednisolone per tablet; 100, 25, 50 or 21 are package counts. These two kinds of numbers cannot be multiplied, divided or turned by experience into anyone's daily tablet count.
- The 4 mg Dosepak carton prints day rows, but they belong only to that exact pack. Do not copy the rows to another person, condition, methylprednisolone pack, corticosteroid or market product; follow the individual's prescription and treating team's instructions.
- The label covers infection risk, immunosuppression, vaccines, glucose, gastrointestinal, eye, mood and sleep concerns. Older people, people with several conditions, or those using glucose-lowering, anticoagulant/antiplatelet, pain, diuretic or immunosuppressive medicines, or receiving vaccines, should bring the complete medicine list for active review.
