- The same 25 mg / 100 mg strength still requires the NDC, score state and date: the current How Supplied section lists NDC 78206-190-01 (unscored), while the structured marketing record for NDC 78206-168-01 (scored) ended 21 Feb 2026. Matching brand and strength cannot erase the current-versus-historical distinction or let a webpage decide splitting.
