• The label lists 0.75, 1.5, 3 and 4.5 mg/0.5 mL single-dose pens. Each number first describes the stated medicine amount and liquid volume in that exact device; it does not permit self-combining, splitting or exchanging pens, strengths or another injectable product.
• The label identifies hypoglycaemia risk with insulin or insulin secretagogues as a situation for professional review. When several glucose-lowering injections or oral medicines are present, bring the complete list and actual packages for pharmacist or prescriber review rather than self-combining from names or frequency alone.
• The label states that TRULICITY and insulin are separate injections and must not be mixed in the same injection. That does not mean everyone should combine them or determine an insulin adjustment; the actual plan requires the prescription and professional guidance.
