- The 2, 5 and 10 mg figures are labelled amounts per tablet; 100 Tablets is the bottle count. A score and V-shaped perforation identify an exact product; they are not website permission to split, taper or substitute.
- Co-use with opioids can cause profound sedation, respiratory depression, coma and death; alcohol and other CNS depressants may add effects. Have a pharmacist or clinician review prescriptions, OTC products, alcohol use and all packs together. Breathing difficulty or inability to awaken requires immediate local emergency help.
- Continued use can produce physical dependence; abrupt discontinuation or rapid dose reduction can cause life-threatening withdrawal reactions. Do not abruptly stop or copy a web or another person's taper; the treating professional must individualise and follow it.
- Older adults may have a prolonged elimination half-life and accumulation. Somnolence, ataxia, unsteadiness, falls and fractures require priority review. Marked drowsiness, gait or awareness changes, or a fall requires avoiding driving and timely full-list review, not self-stopping.
