• Check Concor, Cardicor or the actual trade name, bisoprolol fumarate, film-coated oral tablet, mg per tablet, actual pack and target market together. A shared bisoprolol name or number does not prove that another strength, brand, beta-blocker or another-market product can be self-substituted, combined or alternated.
• The UK Cardicor SmPC jointly lists 1.25, 2.5, 3.75, 5, 7.5 and 10 mg; the U.S. repackaged label lists 5 and 10 mg. These distinguish exact tablets in their own documents, not a webpage formula for how many per day, adding strengths, changing timing or making up missed use.
• The label describes bisoprolol as a beta1-selective (cardioselective) adrenoceptor blocker and notes that this selectivity is not absolute. With heart-rate or blood-pressure concerns, breathing difficulty, fainting, marked dizziness, or a planned surgical/dental procedure, use local medical and prescribing-team channels; do not self-adjust, abruptly stop or change to another cardiovascular medicine from this page.
• The UK Cardicor SmPC says the listed scored 2.5–10 mg tablets can be divided into equal doses, but that is product-specific wording for the exact Cardicor document. It does not automatically apply to Concor, a U.S. generic or another maker's tablet, and does not mean anyone should split a tablet. Splitting requires the actual pack, current local label, prescription and pharmacist/prescriber review.
