• First identify whether the pack is U.S. PLAVIX 75 mg/300 mg, imported China-market 波立维 75 mg, or locally produced China-market 波立维 75 mg. A shared brand and milligram number do not erase approval-number, pack-count, holder or leaflet-date differences, and 300 mg is not webpage permission to assemble an amount from multiple 75 mg tablets.
• CoPlavix / 多立维 contains aspirin as an additional ingredient and is a separate combination product. Seeing ‘clopidogrel 75 mg’ does not make single-ingredient PLAVIX and a clopidogrel/aspirin combination the same medicine, and it does not permit self-combination, substitution or make-up use.

Whether a test is needed, which test, how an existing result should be interpreted and whether it changes a choice require the indication, event history, target-market label and complete medicine list to be assessed by the responsible team.
• The current U.S. label explicitly identifies omeprazole or esomeprazole as CYP2C19-inhibitor co-medication cues to avoid and notes that separating administration by 12 hours did not remove the observed effect. This should prompt review of the stomach medicine and full list by a pharmacist or prescriber, not abrupt self-stopping, timing changes or substitution of either medicine.
