• Check DIFLUCAN, fluconazole, the exact dosage form and target market together. 50, 100, 150 and 200 mg identify tablet strengths; 10 or 40 mg/mL identifies the concentration of reconstituted oral suspension. They are not the same unit and do not support self-conversion from “tablets” to “millilitres.”
• The label lists tablets, oral suspension and intravenous products separately. A shared generic name, a nearby total milligram number, or the idea that they are all fungus-related does not prove that products can be self-substituted, combined, divided, shared with family or changed from oral use to infusion.
• Fluconazole-related labels include multiple co-medication and population precautions. With an anticoagulant, glucose-lowering medicine, antiseizure medicine, immunosuppressant, another anti-infective or several chronic-care medicines, have a pharmacist or prescribing team review the complete list, actual packages and recent changes; do not use a webpage to decide combination or adjustment.
• “Antifungal” does not mean that every rash, itch, oral discomfort or discharge change can be self-started or repeated. Symptom cause, testing, possible pregnancy, liver/kidney context, other medicines and the current label can all affect professional assessment; with severe illness or uncertainty about use, use timely local medical support.
