• The label's 40 mg/4 mL, 100 mg/10 mL, 120 mg/12 mL and 240 mg/24 mL are product-identity clues for 10 mg/mL single-dose vials. They are not self-convertible “number of vials,” saved leftovers or home-infusion instructions; preparation, dilution, infusion and remaining-product handling belong to the treating facility under the current label and prescription.
• A related target to KEYTRUDA or another PD-1/PD-L1 medicine, or being an intravenous product, does not permit self-combination, alternation, catch-up use, vial-to-vial substitution or casual co-use with chemotherapy, ipilimumab, targeted therapy, steroids or supplements.
