The default route remains an institutional enquiry followed by a written quotation and scope of work. Online company checkout appears only when the API confirms every production gate; the site never asks for card data or a payment screenshot.

Online checkout gate
The first online release supports desktop WeChat Native dynamic QR and Alipay desktop website payment only. Mobile H5 and WeChat JSAPI remain closed until their separate merchant permissions, filing and callback configuration pass production review.
Protected delivery
A paid order will unlock only after server-side signature and amount verification. Delivery will use an expiring, order-bound link with a download limit and a transaction email backup.

Is OriginDrug selling medicines or providing prescribing decisions?
No. This service does not sell or dispense medicines and does not provide individual diagnosis, dosing, substitution, stopping, combination, authentication or emergency safety decisions.
What is included in a first paid pilot?
An agreed medicine and market list, field dictionary, source register, content revision, review date, known gaps and exceptions, delivery files and an item-by-item acceptance checklist.
What information is needed to prepare a scope?
Organization and public website, medicine set or approximate record count, target markets, required languages, delivery format, expected timing, update cadence and acceptance needs.
How is a quotation determined?
Scope is driven by medicine count, market count, languages, field depth, source complexity, update frequency, output format and support. Amounts remain subject to final financial confirmation and a written scope.
When can work begin?
After both sides confirm the written scope, acceptance method, permitted source use, support boundary and final commercial terms. OriginDrug does not promise an unreviewed fixed turnaround.
Can a buyer change public rankings or editorial conclusions?
No. Commercial work cannot buy or alter public editorial conclusions, ranking, source standards or the display of evidence gaps.
Does the enquiry require personal or medical data?
No. Do not send patient names, medicine lists tied to a person, prescriptions, pack photographs, medical records, identity documents or payment information.
Is source monitoring a real-time pharmacovigilance alert service?
No. It is a bounded scheduled or event-triggered review of agreed official sources. It is not emergency monitoring and does not replace regulators, manufacturers, clinicians or local pharmacovigilance procedures.
What happens after the pilot?
The buyer may stop after acceptance or agree in writing to monthly, quarterly or event-triggered maintenance. No recurring service starts automatically.
